I work with you to create a self-care plan to help correct current imbalances and protect your physical health over your lifespan.

During a health consultation, we determine your mind-body type (Dosha) and how your nutrition, lifestyle, environment, and/or any physical challenges are affecting you. I’ll identify why your body may be out of balance and create a personalised self-care plan to help correct any imbalances. This can include improving gut and hormonal health, setting healthy boundaries, implementing stress management tools, mindful movement, and rejuvenation.

A healthy lifestyle is highly personal, and I focus on optimising aspects of health that are valuable to you. Using an integration of holistic tools and body-centred wisdom, I create an intentional daily routine to improve your wellbeing and help prevent illness and dis-ease.

During a health consultation I take a full health history and consider your current schedule, responsibilities, resources, and any practical obstacles. You’ll receive a total self-care plan personalised for you, containing simple, enjoyable ways for you to incorporate healthy new daily habits that can transform your experience of wellbeing.
